Engineer Manager

Masters's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred). Preferably from the following institutions: ITBA UBA UTN Proven experience in managing engineering teams. At least 1 years of experience as an Engineering Manager. At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align engineering efforts with business objectives. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and challenges. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
